| Can we have more than 2 students on a team? |
Yes! You can have up to 5 members on a team and all of them can be students. If the team has 4 or more people then you must have at least 2 students that meet the minimum criteria. |
| If registration starts November 13, 2008 what is the last date we can register? |
Technically the last date to register is February 12, 2009. However you will want to register your team as soon as possible so you can have access to the Team area on the website and be included in special events and updates as they occur. |
| Can I be on more than one Team? |
Yes. However each project must be registered separately. |
| Can a team submit more than one project? |
Yes. However only the highest scoring plan submitted will be eligible for the finals. |
| Can I use real estate professionals as my team members? |
Yes. Anyone can be on your team including people who are professionals in the field of real estate development or related fields. This is actually encouraged since having this input would give students a more "real world" look at the process of development. |
| How do I join a team instead of sponsoring one? |
Start by participating in the Open Forum on the 22nd of January. There you can meet others who wish to start a team and join in. You can find a team in Links and Resources to join. |

You can go the our website under Resources. There are several links to companies and resources that can give you market information and provide informational resources to assist your team in putting your proposal together. |
| Can we use a City's Redevelopment agency in our proposal to help with high costs of land? |
Yes. Redevelopment agencies are a great tool for municipalities to develop property that is blighted but still holds too much value to afford redeveloping. Make sure you talk to the city your property is located in to understand what kinds of funding may be available to aid your project. |
